You are new to Stuttgart or thinking about moving to Stuttgart? We want you to feel at home in Stuttgart as soon as possible. At the Welcome Center Stuttgart we’re here to guide you through the "red tape" so that you can get into everyday life in our city as easily and quickly as possible.

What we can do for you

The Welcome Centre Stuttgart is located in Charlottenplatz (Charlotte Square) in the heart of Stuttgart city centre. The New Castle (Neues Schloss) and Württemberg State Museum (Landesmuseum Württemberg) are in the immediate vicinity.

We can provide you with advice on any matters relating to "Living in Stuttgart", such as Right of residence, Learning German, Working, Studying, Recognition of degrees from foreign universities, Accommodation, Nursery school places and schools, Associations, Culture, Insurance and Contacts.
